A £100 booking fee is required at time of booking to secure time and date slot. An email of confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your booking fee. The booking fee is nonrefundable but will be deducted from final balance.
Final balance of £230 is due on the day of your private hire, inclusive of unlimited squash only.
By paying the booking fee, you confirm you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
Up to 100 children can attend.
Exclusive hire does not include food, drinks (other than unlimited squash for the children) or decorations. Food options can be selected at an additional cost.
Guests are welcome to cater their own event or speak to us to discuss buffet options.
You are not permitted to bring your own drinks into our cafe on party night, however, own food is permitted by prior agreement. We request all drinks are purchased from us here.
Please notify any changes to your group size 48 hours prior to your booking. If for any reason we have to cancel your booking, we will be happy to refund your booking fee in full.
If for any reason you have to cancel your booking, the booking fee is non-refundable. However, at our discretion and subject to availability, we will endeavour to transfer your booking to a revised date within 30 days of your original booking.
Your Private Venue Hire Party is for 2 hours as per your chosen and confirmed date and time slot, from 4.30-6.30pm inclusive of soft play and cafe area. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled party start time.
If supplying a Birthday cake, please be mindful of any allergens within your group and use candles only please, no sparklers.
Due to allergen laws, we are unable to store, serve or cut your cake, we can however assist with a cake knife, safety matches for lighting candles, napkins and plate plates.
Should you wish to bring along additional decor, balloons banners etc, we kindly ask you do not stick these to our walls. Party Poppers/Cannons are not permitted.
Play Cafe is not open for a general admission play session at the time of your private venue hire.
Our general rules of play must still be adhered to by all attending party guests. SOCKS MUST BE WORN.
