Annual membership is £150 and includes entry for one named adult and one named child for 12 months from the date of purchase. Additional siblings can be added to the same membership for £50 each, up to a maximum of 4 siblings per card.
Memberships can be purchased online or in-store. A physical membership card will be available for collection in-store.
Named Card Holders only may use and are admitted with the card. This membership is for you and your children only. It is non-transferable and may not be shared with or used by another person. Misuse may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Play Café reserves the right to request photo ID for verification.
Membership cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or event.
Only ONE card is issued per family. Management reserves the right to charge the full membership value for replacement cards due to loss, theft, or damage.
Card MUST be shown upon arrival/entry. Photocopies are not accepted.
Normal Play Rules apply, including age and height restrictions.
A valid membership does not guarantee priority or entry during busy periods. Queue times may vary, and play sessions may be restricted to 2 hours during peak times.
Membership cards cannot be sold, exchanged, or used for any other purpose.
Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Memberships are non-refundable once activated. No refunds will be given for non-use of the membership.
You cannot transfer any membership agreement to another person.
Membership benefits may not be combined with any other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
Hours of opening may vary. There may be occasions where we must close all or part of the play centre. We will do our best to notify members in advance via Facebook, Twitter, our website, or on-site signs, unless in cases of emergency. These closures may occur during peak times. No refunds (in full or in part) will be given for closures, regardless of reason.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your membership within 14 days of joining and receive a full refund. If you choose to begin using your membership during this period, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the membership already used (as per regulation 36).
As a consumer, you have legal rights relating to services not delivered with reasonable care or as described. These terms do not affect those rights. For advice, contact Citizens’ Advice or Trading Standards.
This agreement is governed by English law.
