Party Bookings are accepted and confirmed upon receipt of our £50 booking fee. A receipt by email will be issued as confirmation of your booking.
The booking fee is non-refundable.
By paying the booking fee, you confirm you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
The final party balance payment is due on party day once food orders are finalised, subject to the number of party guests (children) in attendance. Your original booking fee will be deducted from your final balance payment.
Birthday Child (one per party) will go FREE with bookings over the minimum number of 10.
Our party room can seat a maximum of 30 children per party.
In the event of no shows or guest cancellations, the minimum of 10 party guests (children) will be charged.
Please notify any changes to your group size 48 hours prior to your party booking.
If for any reason we have to cancel your booking, we will be happy to refund your booking fee in full.
If for any reason you have to cancel your booking, the booking fee is non-refundable. However, at our discretion and subject to availability, we will endeavour to transfer your booking to a revised date within 30 days of your original booking.
Your Party Booking is for 2 hours as per your chosen and confirmed time slot, inclusive of soft play and private party room for food and cake ceremony. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled party start time.
Accompanying adults (1 per child) go FREE, exclusive of the Birthday Child.
Additional siblings not attending the party and extra parents are welcomed to pay the play session admission fee on arrival.
Reserved seating is allocated for accompanying party grown ups.
Party food, ice lollies and unlimited squash are included within your 2 hour party for all attending party children. *Food orders are taken upon arrival.
*Dietary/Allergen requirements can be catered – please note these in the relevant section on the booking form.
External/own food is NOT PERMITTED and cannot be brought into Play Cafe with the exception of a Birthday cake.
If supplying a Birthday cake, please be mindful of any allergens within your group and use candles only please, no sparklers.
Due to allergen laws, we are unable to store, serve or cut your cake, we can however assist with a cake knife, safety matches for lighting candles, napkins and plate plates.
Our party rooms boast hand painted decor, we kindly ask you do not stick banners, balloons etc to our walls. Party Poppers/Cannons are not permitted. Our rooms are equipped with disco party lights and an Amazon Alexa. You may choose your favourite songs to play throughout your time in the party room.
Play Cafe is still open for a general admission play session at the time of your party and our general rules of play must still be adhered to by all attending party guests. SOCKS MUST BE WORN.
Our Cafe will be open throughout the duration of the party serving hot and cold drinks, snacks and a full menu. These can be ordered at the till points and served to your reserved party tables.
